Do I hear a <br /> motion? <br /> Mr. Adams: I would move approval of the regular session minutes of June 13, <br /> 2017. <br /> Mr. Robinson: I second that. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Do we have any discussion in regards to those minutes? Okay then <br /> I call for the question...all in favor of approving the minutes for <br /> the regular session of Tuesday, June 13, 2017 say aye...any <br /> opposed...so that motion is carried. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Adams moved to approve the minutes. Mr. Robinson seconded the <br /> motion. All members voted aye. <br /> 4. NEW BUSINESS (10:05 a.m.) <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: We're moving on to new business which is a review of gift <br /> disclosure statements received from the following County officers <br /> or employees. <br /> a.
