J. CSW Membership Nominations <br />• 3 applications on file for CSW which will be reviewed and vetted by <br />Mayor's office. <br />K. Elections <br />• Select nomination committee and send slate in 2 weeks to vote on <br />new CSW members. Lee -Ann, Mele, and Farrah expressed interest <br />in nominating committee. Nomination Committee members are <br />Lee -Ann, Mele, and Farrah. <br />• Brooke motioned and Jewel seconded. Mele, Farrah and Lee -Ann <br />to serve on Nominating Committee. <br />• Motion carried for Mele, Farrah and Lee -Ann to serve on <br />Nominating Committee for new CSW Members. <br />L. Approve 2017-2018 Budget <br />• CSW agreed to proceed with budget as is and explore at next <br />month's August 2017 meeting. <br />III. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />• Hui Malama Ola Na `Oiwi contacted Mele to ask for assistance from CSW <br />in their "Ladies Night Out" event to be held on September 29, 2017. Event <br />will take place in Hilo at the Civic Auditorium. <br />• Mele will give small donation of $50 as personal donation but indicating in <br />support of the event on behalf of CSW. <br />• UN Women Organization "Say NO" information will be shared to <br />Committee by Mele. <br />• Suggestion to go through 2018 calendar to schedule CSW meetings. <br />Members are asked to bring their calendars to discuss. <br />• Next CSW Meeting is scheduled for August 30, 2017 at 9:30 in Honoka'a <br />at NHERC. <br />IV.
