The director <br />shall provide technical and clerical staff services to the board. <br />Policies and Procedures <br />Rules of the Department of Human Resources Title 1 — Rules of the Director; and <br />Department of Human Resources Policies and Procedures Concerning "Preparation <br />of Position Descriptions (Memorandum No. 16-011 (February 18, 2016)) states in part: <br />�3-29 Duration of eligibility... <br />(d) Open -competitive list. An eligible on an open -competitive eligible list shall remain on <br />the list for a minimum of six months from the date the list is established or until the <br />(e) list is depleted or expired, whichever occurs first.
