Application No. T17-01 <br />DHL Mahi Liquor, LLC, dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows, <br />for a sale and transfer of the Hotel liquor license, currently held by Mauna <br />Lani Resort (Operation), Inc., dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and <br />Bungalows, located at 68-1400 Mauna Lani Drive, South Kohala, Hawaii, <br />TMK: 6-8-022:015. <br />Terrance Lee, Esq. and Patrick Fitzgerald, Manager, both were <br />present. <br />Lee: Good afternoon, Mr. Chairman and Commissioners. Terry Lee, Counsel for the <br />applicant. To my left is Pat Fitzgerald, who is the Manager of the applicants LLC. We <br />have reviewed the report and we have no changes. <br />Takaba: Excuse me, what was the statement? <br />Lee: We reviewed the investigative report [sic Report to Commission] and it's fine. We <br />have no changes. <br />Takaba: Okay, no changes. Can you describe the business? <br />Fitzgerald: It's the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. Obviously, we have several outlets there <br />and we are very honored to have acquired it. We are looking forward to making it more <br />successful. <br />Takaba: Is the application for the whole facility? <br />Fitzgerald: Yes, sir. <br />Takaba: Do we have any public testimony? <br />There was no reply from the public. <br />Takaba: Hearing none.
