There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Takaba: Motion carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Onizuka: Move to ratify issuance of temporary license, T -H-107, effective August 1, <br />2017. <br />Taniguchi: Second. <br />Mr. Onizuka moved to ratify the issuance of temporary license, <br />T -H-107, effective August 1, 2017; seconded by Mr. Taniguchi. <br />Takaba: Moved and seconded. Is there any discussion? <br />There was no discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Takaba: Hearing none. All those in favor say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Takaba: Those opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition by the Commissioners. <br />Takaba: Motion carried. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Takaba: If there are no objections, we will take out of order, New Business, Item 1, <br />Mauna Lani Resort (Operation), Inc., dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows, <br />requests to transfer liquor inventory for the sale and transfer of the hotel license to DHL <br />Mahi Liquor, LLC. <br />1. Mauna Lani Resort (Operation), Inc., dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel <br />and Bungalows, requests to transfer liquor inventory for the sale and <br />transfer of the Hotel license to DHL Mahi Liquor, LLC, located at <br />68-1400 Mauna Lani Drive, Kohala Coast, Hawaii. <br />Onizuka: Move to approve. <br />Taniguchi: Second. <br />Mr. Onizuka moved that the Liquor Commission ratify the request of <br />Mauna Lani Resort (Operation), Inc., dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel <br />and Bungalows to transfer liquor inventory for the sale and transfer <br />of the hotel liquor license to DHL Mahi Liquor, LLC, located at <br />68-1400 Mauna Lani Drive, Kohala Coast, Hawaii; seconded by <br />Mr. Taniguchi. <br />Takaba: Moved and seconded.
