<br />61-3642 Kawaihae Road, Kamuela, Hawaii. Personal History and
<br />Affidavit for Davide H. Semenza, received on July 17, 2017, as Sole
<br />Officer and Director. Sale and Purchase Agreement received on
<br />July 25, 2017. The motion was seconded by Mr. Onizuka.
