<br />progress report by the Department of Liquor Control on the trial
<br />period to temporarily amend its liquor license condition to keep the
<br />makai and front -facing windows open when live entertainment or
<br />amplified entertainment is provided for by DJ before 10:00 P.M., to
<br />its Dispenser General liquor license, Category 82, located at the
<br />Coconut Grove Marketplace, 75-5811 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona,
<br />Hawaii.
<br />12. Waikoloa Village Association, dba Waikoloa Village Golf
<br />Course, submits Personal History and Affidavit for Douglas William
<br />Jones as Director, effective May 6, 2017, received on June 26,
<br />2017, to its Restaurant General liquor license, Category 82, located
