BUSINESS <br />General Plan Comprehensive Review: As part of the General Plan Comprehensive <br />Review, staff members of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of <br />the design strategy and outline of the General Plan. In addition, CDP specific examples <br />will be presented to illustrate implementation options. The Action Committee will have <br />an opportunity for questions, discussion, and recommendations to the Planning Director. <br />2. Communication No. 2017-02 CIP Recommendation Letter: Pursuant to a motion passed <br />at its August 16, 2017 meeting, the Action Committee will consider a letter drafted by <br />Chair DeFranco stating the Action Committee's CIP funding priorities/recommendations <br />for the upcoming 2018-2019 fiscal year. <br />REPORTS and OTHER PRESENTATIONS: <br />3. Subcommittee reports. Following any subcommittee reports, Action Committee <br />members may propose discussion items contained in such reports for placement on the <br />next meeting agenda. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />4. The next scheduled meeting will be on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the Department <br />of Liquor Control Conference Room, WHCC, and will include another General Plan review <br />and update. <br />5.
