CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Meeting was called to order at 6:46 pm by <br />Chairperson Tom Lodge. <br /> <br />Willie-Joe Camara, District 1 – here <br />Dwayne “Ike” Yoshina, District 2 – here <br />District 3 – vacant <br />Naniloa Poglen, District 4 - here <br />Thomas H. Lodge, District 5 - here <br />Kenneth “Kalani” DeCoito, District 6 - here <br />Bronsten-Glen “Kalei” Kossow, District 7 - absent <br />Teresa Nakama, District 8 – here <br />District 9 - vacant <br /> <br />Quorum established <br /> <br />ALSO PRRESENT: <br /> <br />Malia Hall, Corporation Counsel <br />Donna Urban-Higuchi, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Dwayne Yoshina moved for approval of the June 27, 2017 meeting. <br />Seconded by Willie-Joe Camara and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />GUESTS: Paul Banko, US Geological Survey Biological Resource Division, <br />presentation on bird conservation. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />Chairperson Tom Lodge asked for comments from the public on current, past <br />or future agenda items. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
