PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION: <br />1. General Plan Update: <br />Ms. Surprenant, Mr. Childs and members from the Planning Departments Long Range <br />Division provided the Action Committee an overview of the General Plan Comprehensive <br />Review and its relationship to the South Kohala CDP. The planning team used scenario <br />planning to explore the South Kohala CDP area. Action Committee members and <br />members of the public asked questions of the team and engaged in discussion.
