<br />Describe other actions taken to foster and maintain affordable housing. 91.220(k) (STATES <br />ONLY: Including the coordination of LIHTC with the development of affordable housing). <br />91.320(j) <br />This past fiscal year, the County began the construction of the Mohouli Heights Senior Neighborhood <br />Phase II project which consists of 30 1-bedroom, 1 bath affordable rental units for very-low and low- <br />income seniors.
