Approval of Minutes of the August 3, 2017 Meeting — It was moved by Commissioner Raffipiy, <br />and seconded by Commissioner Clarkson, that the Minutes of August 3, 2017, be approved as <br />circulated. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />CZM/SMA Presentation by the State of Hawaii, Office of Planning. <br />At 9:16 a.m., Justine Nihipali and Shichao Li of the Office of Planning conducted a presentation <br />for the Commission regarding Coastal Zone Management (CZM) and Special Management Area <br />(SMA) Permit. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT "B" — Copy of PowerPoint Presentation) <br />The presentation ended at 10:13 a.m. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS — There were no announcements. <br />ADJOURNMENT — There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Miyasato <br />and seconded by Commissioner Clarkson that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance.
