We'll go ahead and make a correction to the record <br />to reflect the 180 days as the Applicant has requested. The 90 days was in the original <br />ordinance, but we'll change it to 180. <br />HENKEL: Okay. <br />WATANABE: Yeah. <br />HENKEL: Noted, a 180 days is the new <br />WATANABE: For Condition B, yes. <br />HENKEL: Condition for finishing—with that, we'll look for a motion for action. <br />MIYASATO: Chair, I'll make a motion. I move that a favorable recommendation be forwarded <br />to the County Council on the application to amend Change of Zone Ordinance No. 03-108 be <br />approved based on the Planning Director's recommendations and findings, which shall be <br />adopted with the amendment and change to Condition B, be changed to that 180 days. <br />RAFFIPIY: Second. <br />HENKEL: It's been moved by Commissioner Miyasato.
