He alleged that the officer is responsible for his vehicle being <br />towed and it no longer being at the tow company. The complaint was received <br />beyond the commission's 90 -day rule for filing a complaint. The commission <br />will only consider whether or not to accept the complaint for investigation. <br />✓ HPC 17-26: Complainant alleged that at the behest of the Police Department, <br />someone on the bus threatened him.
