H. Equal Pay <br /> There is currently $385 allocated for the Equal Pay. <br /> CSW members will reach out to CSW members not in attendance. <br /> Next month we will nominate committee for Equal Pay Project. <br /> <br />I. Review 2017-2018 Calendar of Events <br />th <br /> Calendar of Meetings: Last Wednesdays starting October 25 Vid- <br />th th <br />Conference; November 29in person at NHERC; December 20 <br />optional gift exchange and in person with location TBD. Time of <br />meetings will be 10am-12:00pm <br /> <br />J. CSW Membership Nominations <br /> There are 3 applications on file for CSW which will be reviewed and <br />vetted by MayorÈs office. <br /> At least one personÈs application wasnÈt received even though she <br />submitted it prior to the new administration starting. <br /> Farrah will request additional applications of potential committee <br />members and bring to next monthÈs meeting. <br /> Postponing elections to next weekÈs meeting. <br /> <br />K. Approve 2017-2018 Budget <br /> CSW explored Budget for next year - Added Human Trafficking <br />(115). <br /> Farrah suggested that CSW members speak with Council Members <br />to explore allocation contingency funding for moving forward. <br /> For purposes of submitting to Nicole for next years budget, CSW <br />agreed to add Human Trafficking under 115. Total remains: $8085. <br /> Motion and seconded to add Human Trafficking and reducing <br />amount from $500 to $300. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br /> <br /> Next CSW Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 25th, 2017 at <br />10am on Vid-Conference in Hilo and Kona. <br /> <br />IV.
