5.0RESULTS <br />5.1Asbestos Survey <br />A total of three (3) samples were collected during the asbestos survey. The 1” x 1” ceramic floor tiles <br />and associated grout and leveling compound were identified to be non-ACM by laboratory analysis. <br />No ACM was identified during this supplemental hazardous materials survey at the Subject Site. <br />Table 1 located in Appendix I summarizes the results of all the sampled materials collected at the <br />Subject Site. The laboratory results are included in Appendix IV. <br />5.2Lead Paint <br />The yellow concrete floor stripping located on the concrete floors of room 101 & 108 of the Subject <br />Site was identified to be LBP. Table 2 in Appendix I summarizes these findings. Photograph of this <br />paint is included in the Lead Survey Photograph Log in Appendix II. Map 2 located in Appendix III <br />identifies the site layout of the Subject Site. <br />5.3Mercury-Containing Lamps and PCB-Containing Light Ballasts Survey <br />A total of sixty-three (63) mercury-containing lamps and were identified during LEI’s survey of the <br />Subject Site. None of the observed light ballasts were identified to be PCB-containing at the Subject <br />Site.
