5.0RESULTS 5.1Asbestos Survey A total of three (3) samples were collected during the asbestos survey. The 1” x 1” ceramic floor tiles and associated grout and leveling compound were identified to be non-ACM by laboratory analysis. No ACM was identified during this supplemental hazardous materials survey at the Subject Site. Table 1 located in Appendix I summarizes the results of all the sampled materials collected at the Subject Site. The laboratory results are included in Appendix IV. 5.2Lead Paint The yellow concrete floor stripping located on the concrete floors of room 101 & 108 of the Subject Site was identified to be LBP. Table 2 in Appendix I summarizes these findings. Photograph of this paint is included in the Lead Survey Photograph Log in Appendix II. Map 2 located in Appendix III identifies the site layout of the Subject Site. 5.3Mercury-Containing Lamps and PCB-Containing Light Ballasts Survey A total of sixty-three (63) mercury-containing lamps and were identified during LEI’s survey of the Subject Site. None of the observed light ballasts were identified to be PCB-containing at the Subject Site.
