Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners <br />in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS/ANNOUNCEMENTS - The Commission took this item up <br />at 9:42 a.m. <br />Mr. Darrow reminded the Commission that the Joint Planning Commission meeting with the <br />Leeward Planning Commission, regarding the amendments to Rule 9 of the Planning <br />Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, will be held on October 30th via teleconference <br />at the Hilo and Kona Council Rooms.
