I'm the manager of the Waikoloa Restaurant and <br />Bar, in the absence of the owner, Ofelia Shively. <br />Taniguchi: Thank you. Have you had a chance to review the report and do you have <br />any changes? <br />Palomo: No, sir. <br />Taniguchi: Can you briefly describe your business? <br />Palomo: It's a regular bar and restaurant with a family setting. We also have live music <br />and sometimes dancing. <br />Taniguchi: Do we have any protests? I know we had something in file as far as the <br />meeting. <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, the applicant mailed 1 out of 1 notice within 100 feet; 372 out of <br />384 within 500 feet and 6 notices to condominium of property owners.
