The public is welcome to view the exhibits during business <br />hours, 8am – 4pm. <br />The themes of the peace exhibits are Victory Over Violence (VOV) and <br />Transforming the Human Spirit. Created in 1999, by youthful members of the <br />SGI-USA, VOV is a movement to help inspire young people throughout the <br />world to identify and root out violence in their daily lives and their <br />communities, and as a way to support the United Nations “Culture of Peace” <br />initiative. <br />The goal of the VOV program is to contribute to a culture of peace through <br />dialogue and action, while encouraging respect, trust and friendship among <br />people regardless of race, religion and culture. <br />Contact: Roxcie Waltjen, 961-8311 <br />
