I'm attending here for Kim & Kang. <br />Sammantha Kang and Jonathan Kim are on the mainland right now. <br />Takaba: Are you the owner of the property? <br />Kim: Yes, sir. They are creating a Korean barbeque restaurant based on 8,000 square <br />feet. The biggest restaurant on the whole island. Their dining room area is around <br />5,000 square feet, and a patio which is attached to the back area of the dining room is <br />around 2,000 square feet. They are trying to establish the liquor license in the patio <br />area because we have a full bar in the back area. They'll serve in the dining room and <br />the patio areas. The restaurant is currently under construction. We're looking at <br />January for a grand opening. I can also answer any questions on the properties or <br />business wise. <br />Takaba: Have you read the report that was submitted? <br />Kim: Yes, I have. <br />Takaba: Ok. Do you have any changes to the report? <br />Kim: I have one question about their business hours. We signed the lease for hours <br />from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M., Monday through Sunday, until 2:00 A.M. Does the liquor <br />license allow the business to stay open until 2 A.M.? <br />Takase: Yes. <br />Kim: Ok. <br />Takaba: Do we have any public testimony? <br />There was no reply from the public. <br />Takaba: If not, can someone make a motion? <br />Taniguchi: I move to approve Application No 17-13.
