Why is The Sundries Store separate from the Naniloa? <br />Takase: One is a dispenser license where they can pour liquor, and the other is a retail <br />license so there's sale. That's the distinction. <br />Nahale-a: Oh, ok. That's what I figured. I'm just making sure. I'm just trying to wrap <br />my head around this and this type of license.
