Mr. Taniguchi moved to ratify the following transient vessel liquor <br />licenses: <br />8. Transient Vessel License issued for ratification: <br />a. Application No. TV -17-32, Innersea Discoveries LLC, dba <br />Uncruise Adventures, for a Transient Vessel liquor license, in port <br />Kawaihae, Hawaii, on November 4 and 18, 2017; <br />December 2, 16 and 30, 2017; January 13 and 27, 2018; <br />February 10 and 24, 2018, and March 10 and 24, 2018. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Onizuka. <br />Takaba: Moved and seconded. Discussion? <br />Greenwell: I have a question. Is this a new carrier between the islands? <br />Takase: I think they're doing a worldwide sailing. They're just porting here on those <br />dates. <br />Greenwell: Thank you. <br />Takaba: Any further questions or discussion? <br />There were no questions or discussion from the Commissioners. <br />Takaba: Hearing none, all those in favor of the motion to ratify say "Aye." <br />The Commissioners voted "Aye." <br />Takaba: Those opposed, "Nay." <br />There was no opposition from the Commissioners. <br />Takaba: Motion carries. <br />The motion was carried unanimously. <br />Takaba: We move on to Item 9. Safeway Inc., dba Safeway Stores, Inc. #2893 (Maka'ala), current <br />holder of a Retail General liquor license, located at 381 East Maka'ala <br />Street, Hilo, Hawaii, requests approval to transfer 100% of its stocks to <br />Albertsons Companies Inc.
