Takaba: Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, Items 1 and
<br />2 are proposed amendments to the agenda and have been determined not to
<br />be of reasonably major significance nor does it affect a significant number of
<br />persons, and are proposed for placement on the agenda by two-thirds vote of
<br />the Commission.
<br />1. New Business, Item Nos. 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 ADD new paragraphs to
<br />read:
<br />9. Safeway Inc., dba Safeway Stores, Inc. #2893 (Maka'ala),
<br />current holder of a Retail General liquor license, located at
<br />381 East Maka'ala Street, Hilo, Hawaii, requests approval to
<br />transfer 100% of its stocks to Albertsons Companies, Inc. Officers
<br />and Directors of current licensee will not change, proposed date of
<br />transfer stock is December 3, 2017.
<br />10. O&J LLC, dba Waikoloa Restaurant & Bar, ratification of
<br />Application for Temporary Increase in Licensed Premises to its
<br />banquet room for a special event to include live and recorded music
<br />held on October 28, 2017, approved by Director Gerald Takase on
<br />October 27, 2017, to its Restaurant General liquor license,
<br />Category 82, located at the Waikoloa Village Clubhouse,
<br />68-1790 Melia Street, Waikoloa, Hawaii.
<br />11. Patricio's Mexican Taqueria, Inc., dba Patricio's Mexican
<br />Taqueria, requests to transfer its liquor inventory to Patricio's
<br />Mexican Taqueria, Inc., dba Patricio's Mexican Taqueria #2,
<br />current holder of a Dispenser General liquor license, Category A,
<br />located at Matsuyama Center, 73-4038 B Huliko`a Drive,
<br />Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i.

<br />15-2656 Pahoa Village Road, Pahoa, Hawaii; dba Malama Market
<br />— Ocean View, located at Pohue Plaza, 92-8701 Hawaii Belt Road,
<br />Building 1, Kahuku, Ka `0, Hawaii and dba Malama Market
<br />(Honoka`a), located at 45-5002 Lehua Street, Honoka`a, Hawaii,
<br />submits Minutes for the election of Vernon Ikebe as Vice President
<br />and Officer, Personal History and Affidavit on file; the resignation of
<br />Colleen Hoon Ai Sullivan as Assistant Secretary, Assistant
<br />Treasurer and Director and the resignation of Alan Teruo Tsuruda
<br />as Vice President of Finance and Operations, effective September
<br />27, 2017, received on October 24, 2017, to its Retail General liquor
