Puckett: Yes, as it's been explained to me in a Class 18 license, I have the right to sell wholesale and private, don't I? Takase: Yes. The Class 18 Small Craft Producers License allows a licensee to do everything. It can manufacture, it can sell at retail, it can sell at wholesale, and it can also dispense; it's kind of like an "all in one" license.
