West Hawai‘i Civic Center - Building B 10:00 – 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />County of Hawai‘i <br />Offers <br />Home Repair Loans <br />  <br />The Office of Housing and Community <br />Development is currently accepting <br />applications to its’ Residential Repair <br />Program (RRP). <br />The RRP is a low interest loan program <br />available to eligible low-and moderate-income <br />homeowners who are interested in repairing <br />and improving their primary residence. <br />The RRP loan can be used for, but not <br />limited to, roof repairs, electrical and <br />plumbing work, sewer improvements, <br />termite treatment, repairs to damages caused by <br />termites or wood rot and the installation <br />of a solar water heating system.
