Discussion on revisions made to Bill 82 (Draft 2) regarding proposed increases of the solid waste tipping fees. The Commission needs to review the changes and submit a new recommendation to the County Council, signed by the Chair or appropriate designee. <br /> <br />b. Proposed letter from the Commission to Councilmembers Chung, Lee Loy, Kanuha, and Eoff regarding Commission vacancies in their districts and requesting their assistance in identifying candidates to fill the vacancies. <br /> <br />c. Proposed letter from the Commission to Mayor Kim, requesting his assistance in filling Commission vacancies in order for the Commission to be fully functional and responsive. <br />
