I'm good with that. I thought it was going to be until 2:00 <br />A.M. and you know how people get when they start drinking until 2:00 A.M. and they <br />end up in the parking lot, etc. Okay. That's about it. <br />Takase: Mr. Morimoto, your place is enclosed? <br />Morimoto: Yes. <br />Takase: Air conditioned? <br />Morimoto: Yes, air conditioned. <br />Gokan: And where are you going to be? By Grindz Cafe [sic 808 Grindz Cafe]? <br />Morimoto: I'm right in between Lava Bowls and Westside Wines. <br />Gokan: Okay, right over there in that corner. <br />Takase: Robert, let me ask you one question. <br />Gokan: Yes. <br />Takase: We have one licensee in there—Mask Bar. Have you had trouble with them? <br />Gokan: Since I've been there one year, they used to play their music loud and there <br />were a lot of complaints. They've toned it down so now it's okay. <br />Takase: It's okay? <br />Gokan: It's okay. They're good neighbors. So, that was my concern.
