The motion was carried unanimously. <br />III. Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda <br />Takaba: There are no supplemental items on the agenda. <br />IV. Public Statements on Agenda Items <br />Takaba: We'll move on to Public Statements. Does anyone have any general public <br />statements to make at this time? <br />There was no reply from the public. <br />Takaba: Hearing none, we will move on to Public Hearings. <br />V. Public Hearings <br />Takaba: If there are no objections, we will take out of order Public Hearings, Items 7, 8, <br />and 9. <br />7. Application No. T17-12 <br />Last Call Saloon, LLC, dba Last Call Saloon, for a sale and transfer of the <br />Restaurant General liquor license, Category B2, currently held by Landing <br />Ohana LLC, dba The Landing Restaurant, located at 45-3490 Mamane <br />Street, Unit G, Honoka'a, Hawaii, TMK: 4-5-006:014. <br />Michael O'Sullivan, Owner and Tom Whalen, Manager were present. <br />Chu: Good morning, Chairman Takaba and members of the Commission. First of all, <br />Happy Holidays. Newton Chu on behalf of the applicant Last Call Saloon. To my right <br />we have the principals of the LLC here, Tom Whalen and Mike O'Sullivan. We have no <br />comments to the report. <br />Takaba: You don't have any changes? Do you want to describe the business? <br />Chu: Well, the Last Call Saloon is exactly what it says. It's a saloon and it's the last <br />stop before you get to Waimea from Hilo. As they explained to me, they're retired and <br />it's their last call. <br />Takaba: Thank you. Director Takase, do you have any report of protests? <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, this is a sale and transfer, publication was made and there <br />were no protests made to this application. <br />Takaba: Thank you.
