Takase: Mr. Chairman, this is a sale and transfer, publication was made and there <br />were no protests to this application. I have one question. Is the Crown Room <br />completed now? <br />Miller: Crown Room is complete. The entire project has been completed. <br />Takase: And Hula Hulas is open, which I've heard many good things about. Do you <br />have any kind of a timetable for any of your other venues? <br />Miller: The Polynesian Room—we've started the design and budgeting process, so we <br />hope to be in a position to apply for permits to start the renovation by the summer of <br />2018, and then commence the work by the end of 2018. It is the goal. <br />Takase: And the Kilohana Room? <br />Miller: The Kilohana Room is currently on hold. We're going to see where demand is <br />in 2018, for additional meeting space. The long term vision is to keep that as a meeting <br />and banquet facility and to renovate it. It'II probably occur towards the end of 2018, or <br />into 2019, depending on Hilton demand. <br />Takase: Are you going to keep the golf course, or does someone else own that <br />property? <br />Miller: The golf course—we're currently managing, and I think long term it may be re- <br />developed into something else. We've been working with the State and County on a <br />land plan for that. No time frame associated with that yet, but it's an ongoing process <br />as to what the highest and best use is with County and State support. <br />Takase: Thank you. <br />Takaba: Thank you.
