Udovic, Esq., to be included on Hawai'i <br /> Labor Relations Board's list of arbitrators. <br /> The mission of the Labor Relations Board is to protect the rights of State and <br /> County workers and to protect the right of public unions to bargain collectively, in <br /> balance with the employer's rights to manage operations by law, and to fairly resolve <br /> labor disputes. <br /> Mr. Udovic, who is currently a Per Diem District Court Judge for the Third Circuit <br /> Court, served with distinction as Deputy Corporation Counsel for the County of Hawai'i <br /> from September 2004 to June 2014 as a litigator. Notably, he was the Lead Counsel for <br /> the County in the Interest Arbitration for the Fire Department in 2013. <br /> Mr. Udovic is known for his professionalism and fairness, and will serve <br /> admirably as an arbitrator for HLRB.
