NEXT MEETING SCHEDULED: August 22, 2017 ` <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may <br />convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the <br />agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting <br />with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, <br />duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is <br />necessary to hold an executive session. Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not <br />appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary at 323-4444 or email <br />donna.urban-higuchi@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed on the next available <br />agenda. <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) <br />§92-3.5, the Hawai‘i County Game Management Advisory Commission will be conducting <br />this Committee meeting via videoconference.
