CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Thomas Lodge, Chairman, called the meeting to <br />order at 5:10 pm. <br /> <br />Willie-Joe Camara, District 1 – here <br />Dwayne D. “Ike” Yoshina, District 2 – here <br />James O’Keefe - District 3 – late <br />Naniloa Poglen, District 4 - here <br />Thomas H. Lodge, District 5 - here <br />District 6 - vacant <br />Bronsten-Glen “Kalei” Kossow, District 7 - here <br />Teresa Nakama, District 8 – here <br />District 9 - vacant <br /> <br />Quorum established <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Malia Hall, Corporation Counsel <br /> Donna Urban-Higuchi, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES – August 2017 & November 8, 2017 <br /> <br />Chairman Thomas Lodge made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. <br />Teresa Nakama moved to accept the minutes of August 2017 and November 8, <br />2017. Seconded by Bronsten “Kalei” Kossow. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br />vote. <br /> <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />TL: A suggestion was made by Nani Pogline, Commissioner, to change the <br />construction of the agenda.
