It proposes something to be encourages, not prohibited. <br />The principles of "sunshine" and open government are very important, but it is possible <br />to inadvertently create inap ropriate barriers to the sharing of knowledge that is needed <br />to make informed decisions. <br />1 hope you will act favorably on SB 2167.
