Hawaii Police Commission Meeting Agenda February 16, 2018 Page 2 EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED SESSION) The commission will meet in executive session to consider discipline and charges against officers or employees of the Hawaii Police Department, to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety, to discuss the Police Chief's annual evaluation, and may consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20 (b). • Discussion on Police Chief Paul Ferreira's Annual Evaluation Correspondence 18-02: Request for Legal Representation by Corporation Counsel in CV No. 18-1-0003, Rodrigues vs. County of Hawaii, Jelsma, Doe Persons.
