Please refer to Sections 3 and 4 of <br />the NEER Office Technical Guidance Manual http://www.hawaiidoh.org. <br />If the site is found to be contaminated, then all removal and remedial actions to clean up hazardous substance or oil <br />releases by past and present owners/tenants must comply with State Law (HRS, Chapter 128D, "Environmental <br />Response Law", Chapter 451, "State Contingency Plan").
