Approval of Minutes <br />(Inaudible) <br />Mr. Taniguchi asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the December 7, 2017, meeting, <br />circulated via email on January 3, 2018. <br />Mr. Onizuka moved to approve; seconded by Mr. Greenwell. There was no discussion <br />from the Commissioners. The Commissioners voted "Aye." There was no opposition by <br />the Commissioners. The motion was carried unanimously. <br />III. Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda <br />(Inaudible) <br />Mr. Taniguchi informed the Commissioners that there were addendums to the agenda and <br />pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, Items 1, 2, and 3 are <br />proposed amendments to the agenda. It was determined the proposed amendments were of <br />no reasonable major significance nor would they affect a significant number of persons. The <br />items were proposed for placement on the agenda by two-thirds vote of the Commission. <br />1. Preliminary Hearings, Item No. 2, CHANGE paragraph to read: <br />2.
