No. 2018-13 <br />NKCDP Action Committee <br />Growth Management Community Group Meeting <br />Monday, February 05, 2018 <br />6:00 pm to 7:00 pm <br />Old Judiciary Building, Kapa'au <br />ATTENDEES: <br />Jim Pedersen, Richard Elliott, Toni Withington, Carter Collins, Jesse Wells <br />ACTION COMMITTEE REPORT: <br />Report on new applicants and membership, sign issue and other topics from last AC meeting. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPLICATIONS: <br />SUB 18-001778 — County failed to notify AC of this application. Again we resubmit our request that all <br />Subdivision Applications be forwarded to the AC and this Group. <br />2018 WORK PLAN DISCUSSION — Implement a Community Design Guideline to address Signage <br />Issues to serve as a mechanism for the Action Committee and the Community to be part of the <br />application process for signs. <br />The Growth Management Subcommittee meets the first Monday of each month from 6-7pm at <br />the Old Judiciary Building in Kapa'au. Everyone is welcome. <br />
