Adjournment: (8:3OPM) <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may <br />convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the <br />agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting <br />with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's <br />powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS <br />Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the <br />commission secretary at 323-4444 or email barbara.kossow@hawaiicounty.gov to have <br />the subject placed on the next available agenda. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") <br />§92-3.S, the Hawaii County Game Management Advisory Commission will be conducting <br />this Committee meeting via videoconference. Game Management Advisory Commission <br />members will be present at the following location(s), where the public is invited to <br />participate: <br />• Hawai'i County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite <br />1401, Hilo, Hawaii, and <br />• West Hawaii Civic Center, Mayor's Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor <br />74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; or Council Conference <br />Room A <br />if audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the <br />meeting will be terminated. <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or <br />language interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at <br />323-4444 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the <br />meeting date, to arrange for accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you must register <br />with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. {Articlel 5, <br />Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code. "A lobbyist is any individual who is engaged <br />for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in <br />any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or <br />administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public <br />officials." <br />THOMAS H.
