Page 6 <br />H.B. <br />IH.D. <br />2 <br />S.D. 2 <br />C.D. 1 <br />1 to offset administrative costs incurred by the department for <br />2 purposes of this subsection. <br />3 (i) The game management advisory commission shall submit a <br />4 report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the <br />5 convening of the regular session of 2017, and each regular <br />6 session thereafter, on its efforts to comply with this section, <br />7 including a summary of its activities during the year preceding <br />8 the regular session for which the report was prepared. <br />9 (j) The game management advisory commission may adopt <br />10 rules pursuant to chapter 91 to implement this section." <br />11 SECTION 3. There is appropriated out of the general <br />12 revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $40,000 or so much <br />13 thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2016-2017 for the <br />14 establishment of a game management advisory commission pursuant <br />15 to this Act. <br />16 The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of <br />17 land and natural resources for the purposes of this Act. <br />18 SECTION 4.
