Roles of Action Committee Members and Planning Staff: CDP Planner, LeAna Gloor, will provide overview of the roles and responsibilities of Action Committee members as well as Planning Department Staff. 2. Election of Action Committee Officers: CDP Planner, LeAna Gloor, will open the discussion for an Action Committee vote to elect officers for the positions of Chair and Vice Chair of the Action Committee. 3. Comm. No. 2018-01 Discussion of 2018 AC Meeting Dates and Goal Setting: CDP Planner, LeAna Gloor, will introduce the new 2018 Action Committee meetings schedule. Discussion between Planning staff and the Action Committee to work on setting goals for the committee for 2018 (discussion may be continued to March meeting). Comm.
