STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS (10:02 a.m.) <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: There really isn't anybody to introduce ourselves to so we will <br /> dispense with that process this morning and I also don't see <br /> anybody in the audience means that I'm assuming there are no <br /> statements from the public on any agenda items...alright. <br /> 3.
