While we <br />were able to find a temporary fix, and we were searching desperately for a permanent <br />solution to our predicament. <br />Our IT Director Jules Ung tells me that you were instrumental in providing a <br />spare switch to support our public safety systems, free of charge. <br />We are most grateful to you and Hawaiian Telcom.
