<br />Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-8-022:001, 022, 027, 033, 034, 037, 039, 042, 044, and
<br />6-9-001:017, to its Restaurant General liquor license, Category A, approved by
<br />Director Gerald Takase on March 13, 2018.

<br />2. DHL Mahi Liquor, LLC, dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows,
<br />ratification of Application for Increase in Licensed Premises to take back the
<br />North and South Golf Courses, located at 68-1050 Makaīwa Place,
<br />Kalahuipua‘a, South Kohala, Hawai‘i, TMK: 6-8-022:001, 022, 027, 033, 034,
<br />037, 039, 042, 044, and 6-9-001:017, to its Hotel liquor license, approved by
<br />Director Gerald Takase on February 26, 2018.

<br />3. A-Bay’s Island Grill, dba A-Bay’s Island Grill, ratification of Application for
<br />Temporary Increase in Licensed Premises, for a special event held at The
<br />Kings Shops Main Stage and surroundings, held on March 16, 2018, approved
<br />by Director Gerald Takase on March 2, 2018, to its Dispenser General liquor
<br />license, Category B1.

<br />4. Play Earth Hawaii LLC, dba Bohemian Kona, pursuant to rule 4-2-M of the
<br />Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor
<br />Control of the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, requests approval to extend
<br />the time issuance of its Dispenser General liquor license, Category B1, for
<br />an additional six months from March 2, 2018, to and including
<br />September 2, 2018, by letter dated February 28, 2018.
