Farrell, DOCARE Administrator, and Robert Masuda, Deputy <br />Chair Board of Land and Natural Resources, to update the Commission <br />on efforts to reassign traditionally used shooting areas at 16-mile <br />marker on Saddle Road (Daniel K.
