Puainako Street, Space <br />No. 605, Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-047:006. <br />Newton Chu, Esq., representing the applicant, and Mandy Kanaiaupio, <br />Manager, was present. <br />Chu: Good morning, Chairman Taniguchi and members of the Commission. Newton Chu <br />on behalf of the Applicant. To my left is Mandy Kanaiaupio. She's the Manager of Maui <br />Tacos in the Prince Kuhio Plaza. <br />Taniguchi: Good morning. Have you read the report? <br />Chu: Yes, we have. <br />Taniguchi: Are there any changes? <br />Chu: No changes. <br />Taniguchi: Can you briefly describe the business? <br />Kanaiaupio: Maui Tacos is a Mexican food restaurant. We serve Mexican food, burritos, <br />enchiladas, and quesadillas. We also currently serve beer and wine. <br />Taniguchi: Director? <br />Takase: Mr. Chair, the Applicant mailed 2 out of 2 notices within 100 feet and 4 out of 4 <br />within 500 feet.
