ADJOURNMENT <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br />interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Department of Parks and Recreation <br />at 961-8311 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to <br />arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication <br />methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically <br />challenged. <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS") 92-3.5, the <br />Hawaii County Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting this meeting via <br />videoconference. if the video stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period <br />of time, the meeting will be terminated.
