Each unit of water is <br />equal to an average daily usage of 400 gallons and suitable for only one (1) single -f. ily dwelling. <br />Based on the above info ation, the subject parcel was created from a prior 2 -lot subdivision that took <br />place in 1986, Subdivision Application No. 5376, which created the subject Parcel and Parcel 001 <br />(Tax Map Key 1-5-006:001). <br />Please be info ed that Parcel 001 is currently served by six (6) existing meters (Account <br />Nos. 080-31980, 080-33300, 080-33400, 080-33410, 080-33500 and 080-34700) from an existing <br />4 -inch waterline within Akeak ai Loop, fronting both parcels.
