NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br />KONA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN ACTION COMMITTEE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Kona Action Committee in accordance with the provisions of Section 92-7, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes. <br />DATE: Tuesday, May 8, 2018 <br />TIME: 6:00 pm <br />PLACE: Puka‘ana United Church of Christ <br />85-4521 Māmalahoa Hwy. Captain Cook, HI 96704 <br />AGENDA <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />ROLL CALL <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: (Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (requires six votes, and must comply with Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes § 92-7(d)) <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Members of the public are invited to speak to any items on the agenda. To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the March 13, 2018 meeting. <br />REPORTS and OTHER PRESENTATIONS <br />1. County of Hawai‘i Transit Master Plan Meeting on April 12, 2018 - Communication No. 2018-16. Committee Member David will report on information provided at this meeting, as it may pertain to the objectives and policies of the Kona CDP. Deliberations on this report, if any, would be scheduled for a future meeting of the Action Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />2. Kailua Village Redevelopment Subcommittee Report Discussion and Action.
