OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT <br />Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self to address any comments and/or information relating to <br />matters of concern to the Commission. Ms. Self will provide a training on the State Sunshine Law to <br />the Commissioners. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Commissioners to report to Commission of any community meetings/and or Community <br />Development Plan (CDP) Action Committees meetings attended. <br />2. Commissioners to discuss, review, and approve PONC site visit criteria for reporting their <br />resulting findings and recommendations to the entire Commission pursuant to HRS § 92- <br />2.5(b)(1). <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />> The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Hilo Council <br />Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, Suite #1401, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720 <br />> Set agenda for Monday, Monday, March 12, 2018 <br />ADJOURNMENT; <br />Submitting Written Testimony: Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring twelve (12) <br />copies for distribution.
