Pursuant to Section 92-7, of the <br />Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, Item 1 is the proposed amendment to the <br />agenda and has been determined not to be of reasonably major significance nor does it <br />affect a significant number of persons, and is proposed for placement on the agenda by <br />two-thirds vote of the Commission. <br />1. New Business, Item No. 17, ADD new paragraph to read: <br />17. Kohanaiki Shores LLC, dba Kohanaiki Club, Inc.
